Instrumental Music Program (IMP)

New Members Information Evening

Details and a Zoom link will be sent in your welcome email after you register for the IMP.Ìý All new IMP members and parents should attend this very important meeting. Rehearsals for new students will begin after New Members Night.
Wednesday 12 – Friday 14 February Year 7 Camp Information will be provided to parents and carers before the end of Term 4, 2024.
Wednesday 19 February Ìý7:30pm Welcome P&C Meeting This is the first P&C meeting of the year.Ìý The P&C meets in the school library at 7.30pm on the second Wednesday of each month during school term time, unless otherwise specified.
Wednesday 26 February School Photographs Day Information and Photo Sheets will be sent home for parents/carers to place their order and return to the photographer on the day. Students are to wear full school uniform which includes the school tie.Ìý
Wednesday 26 February 6:30-8:00pm Study Skills Evening (Parent/Student event) The Study Skills evening for Parents and Students will be held in the school hall.
Friday 28 February; commencing at 10:00am Speech Day at Town Hall The annual school Speech Day is a compulsory event for all students. Students must be in full school uniform at this event which includes the school tie. A permission to attend note will be sent to all parents/carers.Ìý Year 7 students make their way to Town Hall and released at the end of Speech Day, around 1:00pm.Ìý Roll Call will occur before students enter Town Hall.Ìý Parents will receive a text message if their child is unexplained absence or have arrived late.Ìý Students who require teacher supervision will be escorted back to school until 3.15pm.
Monday 3 March School Swimming Carnival The Annual Swimming Carnival will commence at 9:00am and attendance for all students is compulsory. Swimming attire, PE Uniform or House Colours (plain t-shirts in the colour of the students’ house with no offensive language can be worn with PE shorts), sunscreen and lunch are required for this day. Permission notes via school bytes will be sent to parents/carers. Ìý
Wednesday 5 March Catchup Photographs Day For students absent on School Photographs Day, this will be the final opportunity to have their individual photo taken.Ìý
